Sarasota County Fire Station Number 8 - Apex Road
This new 19,300 SF fire station #8 was built on the corner of Tower Land and Apex Road. The structure has a 1 ½ story apparatus bay with single story living quarters with detached storage structure. This new facility replaces the temporary structure located adjacent to the property. The entire site is 2.5 acres.
In addition, this site received a, roughly +/- 7,600 sq. ft. storage building.
