The Sarasota County's North Port Library Facility project is a new one-story, approximately 23,000 SF library building on the same site as the new Suncoast Technical College North Port Campus project. The exterior look of the building will emulate the same architecture as the college and is a modern look with sharp angled corners and lines constructed with concrete tilt-up wall planes and an insulated curtain wall system.

The building will be situated in the middle of the property connected with the college building with parking to the north and south.
